DISCREET PACKAGING

Your privacy matters. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no logos, product names, or branding on the outside. The return address shows "SA Fulfilment" — not Subtext. Your business is your business.


FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order required.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Location Estimated Delivery
Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) 5-8 business days
Regional Areas 5-12 business days
Remote Areas (NT, WA outback, etc.) 10-14 business days

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, public holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched in 3-4 days.
  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@subtextaustralia.com.au


SHIPPING CARRIER

Depending on your location, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post directly or a contracted courier.


PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Just enter your details at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch (or appears lost in tracking), contact us at support@subtextaustralia.com.au and we'll sort it out.

For damaged packages, take a photo of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@subtextaustralia.com.au — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it.
